Doesn't make sense to do everything you can to serve people
already interested in you? After all why did you work
so hard to build your website and invite others to
visit... for a pat on the back? Hardly. If you are like most
businesses your goal was to build your customer base so your
business can grow. So...
How's that working out for you? If you think your site
could be doing better - why not consider one of our conversion
packages?
With packages ranging from $99 and up, you're
sure to find a perfect fit for your needs. More on that
in a moment.
First, I should explain something - conversion isn't about
just "one thing" - there are dozens of ways to improve
conversion. Many of them are free or supercheap. For
example...
Split testing is the process of testing different
parts of your web pages by "splitting" your visitor traffic -
sending some to one page and others to a slightly different
page. Then the actions taken by each page is tallied to
determine which one better met visitor needs.
While there are many testing engines to do this, one of the
best available is also free to use - it's Google's Website
Optimizer. YOu can sign up for it here.
Do you use Google Talk? Did you know there is a bit of code
you can use to talk to anyone visiting your website or
blog? Visit Google
Talk Chatback for more information. I'll install the code
for you at no extra charge on up to three webpages with any
package.
Or if you want more options, you could try CraftySytax - this is a
free "Live Chat" script you can easily install yourself. If
your web host offers Fantastico, installation is even
easier.
You can also take a survey of visitors or a poll using Survey Monkey, 4Q or any one of several
methods to find out what your customers are looking for.
How about a "heat map" of your visitors? Click Tale collects
visitor information
You can also perform a usability study on your web site. A
"usability study" is a fancy term for asking someone how well
your site works - what's broken and what's not. Heat maps can
help with this. So can simply checking the links on your site
and just plain taking a step back and looking.
You can also ask visitors what they think about your site.
For a lot of tests, I often advocate you never EVER let the
visitor know they are being tracked. (The reason is not as
dark as it sounds - it's just that people act differently if
they know someone is watching.) Usability tests are different
- here you want your visitors to know you are interested and
open about what they like and don't like.
Conversion starts with figuring out what your
visitors want so you can meet their needs.
It's all about offering your very best to every visitor who
stops by. Chances are you'll never satisfy everyone who comes
to your site, but by selecting and using the proper tools,
you'll be able to provide fantastic customer service while you
acheive some astonishing conversion rates.
What Conversion Services Do You
Offer?
With our basic service - we install your code and offer
some basic instruction so you can start getting a feel for
your visitors.
Since so much depend on what you need - we've tried to make
our packages as flexible as possible while providing great
value. For that reason, we offer several options at each price
point so you can get the biggest bang for your buck.
$99 Starter Package - If you're just starting out, we
recommend you start with a "baseline" so you have something to
compare to. With our starter package, we'll install Google
Analytics, and Google Website Optimizer with a basic split
test.
Or if you prefer, we'll install either Click Tale
code, a survey or CraftySyntax. While CraftySyntax is a fairly
easy install, we spend a bit more time showing you how to
configure it.
If you want three or more items installed, you can have it
done for just $49 each. However we suggest you take some
time to get used to each module before installing something
new. For that reason, you can add the other modules at anytime
for $49 per install. Here's why...
Since a major part of installing code on your pages
involves gaining access to your website - installing other
modules is fairly straightforward. Even if you disable our
access in-between installs (a good idea by the way), once
you've done it, granting it again only takes a minute. So what
about larger jobs?
I'm working on some larger packages so for now if you need
something more substantial, please call for a
quote. |
